No. EP Protect+™ is a service membership and does not replace, extend, or duplicate the EP Protection Plan™ (Lifetime Workmanship Warranty). They work together—workmanship issues are handled under the EP Protection Plan™.

Both EP Protect+™ and EP Maintenance Plan™ require monthly auto-pay with a 6-month minimum term, then continue month-to-month. You can cancel after the initial term with 30 days notice. Early cancellation before 6 months incurs a fee (the lesser of $199 or 50% of remaining payments).

The EP Protection Plan™ covers workmanship-related defects caused by EPHI installation. It does not cover manufacturer product defects (those go through manufacturer warranties), storm damage, pre-existing conditions, or neglect. Coverage is determined by the cause of the issue—not simply the presence of an issue.

Yes! The EP Maintenance Plan™ is available to any homeowner—you don't need to have had EPHI install anything. It's designed for homeowners who want ongoing preventative care for their home envelope.
