Aluminum wrap is durable, affordable, and available in many colors—it won't crack or split. AZEK/PVC (available in EP Elite™ and EP Ultra™) is the premium option: it won't rot, can be painted, and delivers straighter lines for a higher-end finished look.
Soffit installation is included in EP Wrap™ (Better) and above, with venting where applicable. EP Classic™ (Good) focuses on fascia, rake, and corner trim wrapping.
If rot or damage is found once trim is opened, wood replacement is additional. We'll identify and discuss any needed repairs before proceeding so there are no surprises.
