Every home is different—and today there are dozens of railing styles, materials, colors, and price points, along with many skirting options. To keep your project customizable and budget-friendly, our standard deck pricing focuses on the core deck structure and walking surface.

Projects range from $8,500–$50,000+ depending on size and materials. Our Good pressure-treated package starts at $8,500–$12,000, and Premier custom composite designs start at $28,000+. You'll get a fixed price during your free quote.
Simple deck replacements take 3–5 days. Medium-sized projects run 1–2 weeks, and large custom multi-level decks can take 2–4 weeks. We'll give you a detailed timeline during your consultation.
Wood costs less upfront but needs staining every 2–3 years. Composite costs more initially but requires almost no maintenance and lasts 25–50 years. Most homeowners choose composite for long-term value.
