Air Sealing
The process of sealing gaps, cracks, and penetrations in a home's envelope to prevent uncontrolled air leakage and improve efficiency.
Architectural Shingles
Multi-layer asphalt shingles that create a dimensional, textured appearance resembling natural materials. More durable and wind-resistant than 3-tab shingles.
Argon Gas Fill
Colorless, odorless gas injected between window panes to improve insulation. Denser than air, it reduces heat transfer and condensation. Related: EP VueSeries™
Batt Insulation
Pre-cut sections of fiberglass or mineral wool insulation designed to fit between studs or joists. Common in new construction.

A siding style with wide vertical boards and narrow strips (battens) covering the seams. Creates a traditional, rustic look.

Official approval from local government required before starting construction or major renovations. Ensures work meets building codes.
Casement Window
A window hinged on one side that swings outward like a door, operated by a crank. Provides excellent ventilation and an unobstructed view.
