Life can be stressful, but why let stress get the best of you? Here’s 7 life hacks to keep you stress-free in 2015. Together we can beat stress!
1. SMILE MORE
This is the easiest way! Make an effort to smile at least once an hour
2. TACTILE RELIEF
Take out your aggression on the bubbles rather than other drivers! OR Stress Relief balls, Silly Putty.
3. DO YOGA!
Yoga has insane relaxing abilities. It’s been said this pose is the equivalent to 2 hours of sleep! I could use more sleep!
4. HUG IT OUT!
Hugging makes you happier and makes you calmer and less anxious! I have to figure that one out still.
5. MAKE TIME FOR CARDIO!
Get your heart rate pumping and let your mind wander for 30 minutes a day
6. POUR A MUG OF TEA
Decaf green tea promotes relaxation and is an instant de-stresser. I like lavender tea and chamomile as well.
7. LET LOOSE!
Stop taking yourself so seriously. Do one silly thing a day! I will have to work on that…
